Kerby Centre is here to help you get answers and solves problems.
We can provide information and referrals for older adults, their families, friends and professionals including:
- Government services and benefits
- Assistance with filling out benefit forms
- Referral to community resources
- Seniors’ organizations and clubs
- Seniors’ services and benefits in other provinces
- Lists of contractors and tradespeople who have expressed a wish to
work with older adults for services like cleaning, yard work, snow
removal, and home repair - Legal assistance
Income Tax Preparation
Kerby Centre income tax volunteers are available to help fill in tax returns for seniors 55+ and AISH clients. Please note: We do not prepare tax returns for self employment, business/rental income, capital gains/ losses/bankruptcy.

Kerby Tax for Seniors
Kerby Centre provides assistance with income tax preparation for low income seniors. Volunteers prepare income tax returns in March and April, and even after the tax season is over!
