Have fun walking to music in this low impact, aerobic style, group exercise class for everyone of all ages and all fitness levels. WALK to the Beat that features moves such as the step touch, high knees, kick backs, front kicks and arm movements. This will be followed by strength/resistance training, balance exercises and flexibility (you much be able to get down and up off the floor unassisted).
To register with PayPal, a 2019 Kerby membership is required.
