Ideal for students wanting more of a challenge in their yoga practice. Previous yoga experience not necessary, but must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor, and doing postures without the support of the chair. We will deepen our practice of balance and stability in a friendly and safe environment. Please provide your own yoga mat.
To register with PayPal, a 2019 Kerby membership is required.
