Fitness for Life focuses on maintaining strength, increasing flexibility of spine and joints, and range of motion. Floor exercises are done using resistance bands and weights. Must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor.
To register with PayPal, a 2019 Kerby membership is required.
2019 Kerby memberships are available now through the Kerby Centre Membership Department.
