FALL A02: Chen Tai Chi & Tai Chi Qi Gong

Chen Tai Chi & Tai Chi Qi Gong is a series of movements and poses that make up a meditative form of exercise with both physical and spiritual health benefits. Reduce stress, increase coordination, balance and range of motion.

To register with PayPal, a 2020 Kerby membership is required.

2020 Kerby memberships are available through the Kerby Centre Membership Department.
