The Resource Library offers an array of
resources available to seniors, students, professionals and the general
public. Topics include seniors' health, exercise and leisure, family relationships and care giving, death and dying,
grief, loneliness, terminal care, wills and personal directives, addictions,
and elder abuse.

The Resource Library provides:

Books, journals, videos, reports, and articles.

A comprehensive collection of self-help books for
older persons and their families.

Academic resources in the field of gerontology. These
include journals, some of which are not currently available elsewhere in
Calgary.

A reference collection that includes demographic and
statistical information for the local area, province, and across Canada.

A searchable on-line database of the library collection in the
Resource Library.

Reference services are provided
by a professional librarian. Queries are welcome by phone, in person, or by
e-mail. Books and videos may be borrowed for three weeks.
